What type of lights and decorations do you offer?
We provide commercial-grade, high quality products that you will not find in retail stores. For most of our services, we use size C7 or C9 LED and LED mini lights. We also sell and install premium wreaths in varying sizes and pre-lit garlands. We can special order lit snowflakes and other festive home and yard decorations. Please talk to your design specialist during the quoting process.

Do I need to be home for the installation or takedown?
If a light bulb goes out, is it under warranty?

Do my lights stay on all the time?
No, your lighting package includes a professional timer that is preset at a Dusk to Dawn setting. While this is the most popular setting, the time for your lights to turn on/off can easily be changed to whatever hour of your liking you wish. Some homeowners prefer to have their lights installed to a homeowner-controlled switch, usually near their front door or porch area, and we can most certainly wire up the lights that way for you as well. This eliminates the need for a timer completely and gives you “flip of a switch” accessibility to your holiday magic.
